Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

Klassey Frames rents camera kits for personal use during your wedding weekend and surrounding events. Rental kits must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the kit during your rental period.
We have made every effort to accurately represent our available products. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from cosmetic wear.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
Section 6 – Video Content
When you rent a Klassey Frames camera kit, you acknowledge and grant us permission to review video content captured on our devices for quality control purposes. You also grant Klassey Frames permission to use select footage for marketing, advertising, website content, and social media purposes. We will never use any content that is inappropriate or contains nudity and will always exercise professional judgment when selecting content for promotional use.
You may opt out of having your video content used for marketing purposes by contacting us in writing before your rental period begins. Opting out does not affect our quality control review process.
Section 7 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all orders made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. Any use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
