KLASSEY FRAMES — Equipment Rental AgreementEffective upon booking or electronic acceptance of these terms
PARTIES
Lessor: Klassey Frames, a DBA of Klassey Productions Lessee: The customer completing checkout ("You")
By booking or purchasing services, Lessee agrees to be bound by these terms. Klassey Frames reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; modifications become effective immediately upon posting.
PURPOSE
Lessee wishes to rent a camera kit from Klassey Frames for use during their wedding weekend and surrounding events. All physical items provided by Lessor are referred to collectively as "Equipment."
RENTAL PACKAGES
Lessee selects one of the following packages at the time of booking:
Pelican Case Kit — Includes camcorder(s), batteries, memory card(s), charging cable(s), and carry case as specified in the order invoice.
Klassey Frames reserves the right to substitute equivalent Equipment at its sole discretion.
RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period begins upon delivery of Equipment to Lessee and ends upon confirmed return receipt by Klassey Frames. Lessee is responsible for the Equipment from the moment of delivery through the moment of return. Late returns may be subject to additional fees at Klassey Frames' sole discretion.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Klassey Frames will ship Equipment to the address provided at checkout with prepaid outbound shipping.
A prepaid return shipping label will be included in the kit.
Lessee is responsible for ensuring the Equipment is returned by the agreed return date.
Klassey Frames is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage during return transit if Lessee fails to use the provided label or packaging.
EQUIPMENT CONDITION & CARE
Lessee agrees to return all Equipment in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted), not modify or attempt to repair any Equipment, keep Equipment away from water, extreme heat, and hazardous conditions, and ensure all items listed on the packing slip are returned.
Lessee is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of Equipment during the rental period. Replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file.
VIDEO CONTENT
When you rent a Klassey Frames camera kit, you acknowledge and grant Klassey Frames permission to review video content captured on our devices for quality control purposes. You also grant Klassey Frames permission to use select footage for marketing, advertising, website content, and social media. We will never use content that is inappropriate or contains nudity.
You may opt out of having your video content used for marketing purposes by contacting us in writing before your rental period begins. Opting out does not affect our quality control review process.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental start date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the rental start date are non-refundable. Klassey Frames is not responsible for weather, venue changes, or other circumstances outside its control.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Lessee must be at least 18 years of age to rent Equipment.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All edited content produced by Klassey Frames remains the intellectual property of Klassey Frames. Lessee is granted a non-exclusive personal use license for all delivered content. Lessee may use content on personal social media and personal websites provided Klassey Frames is credited.
INDEMNIFICATION
Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Klassey Frames, Klassey Productions, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Lessee's use of the Equipment or breach of this Agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Klassey Frames is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of footage, missed moments, or dissatisfaction with results. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by Lessee for the rental.
FORCE MAJEURE
Klassey Frames is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances outside of its control including natural disasters, pandemics, carrier delays, or supply unavailability.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

By completing a booking or electronically accepting these terms, Lessee confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Equipment Rental Agreement in its entirety.
