When should we book?

That's the beauty of it — we're here for the Type B baddies who just decided they want a video and their wedding is in 7 days. And we're equally here for the Type A queens booking 24 months in advance because she is checking those boxes, honey. Just grab your dates before someone else does.
When will my kit arrive?

We recommend scheduling arrival 3–4 days before your event so you have time to unbox, get excited, and do a little test run before the big day.
Is the camera hard to use?

Absolutely not. If your most technologically challenged guest can find their way to your registry, they can use this camera. Everything arrives charged, set up, and labeled. Point, shoot, have the time of your life.
What if something isn't working when it arrives?

Don't panic. Email us at hello@klasseyframes.com and we will handle it. We test every kit before it ships, but we're human — and so are you. That's what we're here for. If something happened in transit we’ll expedite you a new kit!

What if the camera gets lost or broken?
Good things take time! Your edited film will be ready within 3-5 weeks of us receiving your kit back. Worth the wait, we promise.

When do I get my film?
Can I book for something other than my wedding?

Bridal shower? Bach party? Honeymoon? Yes, yes, and yes. If it's part of your era, we want to film it.
